Imagine how your immune system feels every time we EAT CONVENTIONAL foods. Guys, this is serious, but we can change it with enough AWARENESS that will ripple into a change of laws and regulations. Have you ever felt like your craving for a sweet but savoury cracker that’s the perfect bite? We have you covered with a recipe below! 🍠🥕🍠🥕 Vegan Carrot-‘Salmon’ Cracker Lox The perfect snack or addition to a charcuterie board. You’ll love how easy this recipe is to throw together. Ingredients: The carrot ‘salmon’: 2 medium carrots sliced very thin (you can also use a peeler to create super thin strips) 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce 2 tbsp sesame oil The lox: A box of gluten-free crackers or bread 1 container of @avafinaorganics onion and chive vegan cream cheese 1 container of Chiaviar Option to top with pumpkin seeds Instructions: How to make the carrot ‘salmon’ Best made at least 24 hours before enjoying the lox. They last in the fridge up to 5 days. Boil a pot of water, once the water is boiling, add the carrot slices and boil until soft. Transfer the carrots to cold water for 3-5 minutes. In the meantime, add soy sauce and sesame oil to a container and set aside. Pat the carrots dry with a paper towel and add them to the container with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Place a lid on the container and give everything’s swirl and place it in the fridge. The lox: Add 1/4-1/2 tbsp of vegan cream cheese to each cracker Add a couple slices of the carrot ‘salmon’ Top with Chiaviar and pumpkin seeds Enjoy! 🤤🤤🤤

High protein, low sugar Vegan Key Lime Pies 🍋🍏🍋 We can guarantee this will be on your dessert rotation. Heck, it’s so easy, you could have it for breakfast! Here’s what you’ll need: Ingredients: 1 cup of granola 3 tbsp of coconut oil 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 1 container of @avafina original cream cheese 1 block (around 3/4 cup crumbled) of firm tofu 3 tbsp of freshly squeezed lime juice 2 small containers or shallow bowls Instructions: In a blender add 1 cup of granola and blend until almost flour-like consistency. Place the granola in a bowl. Mix in 1 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 tbsp of honey. Mix well. Add a thin layer of the granola mix to the bottom of your container. Be sure to set aside a little bit of the mix for a topping. Pat down with a spoon and place the containers in the fridge. In your blender (no need to wash from the granola mix) add tofu, cream cheese, lime juice, 1 tbsp of honey and 1 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil. Blend until smooth Grab your granola containers and pour in your cream cheese tofu mix. Option to top with lime zest or lime or orange slices. Place pies in the freezer for 20 minutes or until set - not quite frozen. Add the pies to a plate and top with left over granola. Enjoy! 🥰😋 Store in the fridge for a creamy soft dessert option or in the freezer if you prefer an ice cream like texture. 🍨🍦🍨

You will love how easy it is to throw together this delicious, high protein, vegan, gluten free dinner! Perfect for those busy evenings when you need something quick! ✨🙌🏻🙏🏻 Recipe created 4 stuffed pepper 🫑🫑🫑🫑 Ingredients: 4 bell peppers 1 1/4 cup black beans 1/2 cup onion diced 1 1/4 cup zucchini chopped 2 garlic cloves diced 1/4 cup cilantro chopped 1 container of @avafina chipotle cream cheese 1 tbsp coconut oil Option to top with vegan cheese Instructions: 👌🏻 preheat the oven to 375 In a frying pan, heat the coconut oil Add black beans, zucchini, onion, garlic and cilantro to the pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until zucchini begins to soften Cut the tops off of the bell peppers and remove the seeds Stuff the peppers with the veggie/black bean mixture If using vegan cheese, sprinkle it on top of the mixture in the pepper Place peppers in the oven for 15 minutes or until the bell peppers begin to soften Enjoy! 🫶🏻 Option to serve with avocado and tomato slices and/or rice!
